01 / Rolligator · Freelance apparel case study

From brand artwork to garment panels.

I refined Rolligator's supplied logo, developed the graphics for a long-sleeve fightwear top, and prepared separate artwork for the body, sleeves, and neck ribbing.

02 / The brief & starting point

A cleaner direction
for Rolligator.

The brief called for a cleaner, less crowded fightwear design that highlighted the refined logo and Rolligator name. The client was open to colours beyond green and yellow, while keeping the brand's combat-sports character.

I traced and refined the supplied logo as vector artwork for use across the garment graphics.

03 / Design direction

High contrast.
A clear focal point.

I developed an orange, black, and white direction, combining a central crocodile mark with repeated typography and horizontal lines. The brighter shoulder areas frame the upper body, while the darker back gives the secondary brand mark more space.

04 / Artwork for production

Print file
preparation.

I prepared separate artwork for the front, back, and sleeves, keeping an editable master alongside the PDF and TIFF exports.

Working file & exports.

I organised the garment artwork on separate artboards in an editable Affinity master. The exported sheets identify each garment piece, the Medium size, and colour references.
